1. Sponsor

The Penny and Prosper Monthly $100 Gift Card Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME], [BUSINESS MAILING ADDRESS], New Brunswick, Canada (the "Sponsor"). Questions about the Contest may be sent to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

2. Contest period

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Atlantic Time on [CONTEST START DATE] and ends at 11:59 p.m. Atlantic Time on [CONTEST END DATE — twelve months later] (the "Contest Period").

The Contest Period is divided into twelve (12) monthly entry periods. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of that same calendar month, Atlantic Time. The total approximate retail value of all prizes available during the Contest Period is CAD $1,200.00.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of (a) Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, and (b) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

The Contest is void in the Province of Quebec, in Puerto Rico and other US territories and possessions, and anywhere else the Contest is prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors and immediate family members of, or persons living in the same household as, the Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family" means parent, child, sibling, spouse or common-law partner.

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase does not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. How to enter

To enter, an eligible person must complete all of the following, once:

(a) Follow the Sponsor's Facebook page at facebook.com/pennyandprosper or the Sponsor's Instagram account at instagram.com/pennyandprosper (either one is sufficient);

(b) Like and leave a comment on the Sponsor's Contest announcement post; and

(c) Complete and submit the Contest survey hosted at pennyandprosper.com, including a valid email address at which the entrant can be reached.

A single completed entry qualifies the entrant for every monthly drawing remaining in the Contest Period. No further action is required to remain eligible.

Sharing the Contest post with friends is encouraged but is not required, does not constitute an entry requirement, and does not affect an entrant's odds of winning.

Entries are limited to one (1) per person and per email address for the duration of the Contest Period. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, bulk entry services or multiple identities will be void.

6. Drawing and odds

Each monthly drawing will be held on the first (1st) day of the following calendar month and will cover the monthly entry period just completed. One winner will be selected at random by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries then remaining in the entry pool.

Entries carry forward. A valid entry remains in the entry pool for the monthly drawing in which it was received and for every subsequent monthly drawing held during the Contest Period. Entrants do not need to re-enter each month. An entry is removed from the pool if the entrant wins a prize, withdraws, or is found to be ineligible.

The odds of winning any given monthly drawing depend on the total number of eligible entries remaining in the pool at the time of that drawing. Because entries carry forward from month to month, the pool is expected to grow over the Contest Period and the odds of winning any individual drawing are expected to decrease accordingly.

7. Prize

One (1) prize is available to be won per monthly drawing: a Penny and Prosper digital gift card with an approximate retail value of one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100.00), redeemable at pennyandprosper.com. Twelve (12) prizes are available in total during the Contest Period.

The Sponsor will cover standard shipping on the winner's redemption order. Product availability varies by shipping destination and some items can only be shipped to addresses within the United States; the winner's selection is subject to what the Sponsor is able to ship to the winner's address at the time of redemption.

The prize has no cash value, is not transferable, may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or deleted after it has been issued. The prize does not cover applicable taxes, and any order total exceeding the value of the gift card is the winner's responsibility. The gift card must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date it is issued.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes arising from receipt of a prize.

8. Limit on prizes

Limit one (1) prize per person and per household during the Contest Period. A person who has won a prize is not eligible to win again during the Contest Period.

9. Skill-testing question

Before being declared a winner and receiving the prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided and without mechanical or electronic assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor by email. This requirement applies to all selected entrants regardless of their place of residence. An entrant who does not answer correctly, or who does not answer within the claim period set out below, forfeits the prize.

10. Winner notification and claim period

The selected entrant will be notified by email at the address provided in the survey, ordinarily within two (2) business days of the drawing. The selected entrant must respond, correctly answer the skill-testing question, and confirm acceptance of the prize within ten (10) calendar days of the date the notification email is sent.

If the selected entrant does not respond within that period, cannot be reached at the address provided, declines the prize, fails the skill-testing question, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate entrant at random, who will be subject to the same requirements. It is the entrant's responsibility to provide a valid email address and to check junk and spam folders.

11. Publicity and testimonial

Winners will be invited, on a purely optional basis, to provide a short written testimonial about their experience with Penny and Prosper. Providing a testimonial is not a condition of receiving the prize and a winner who declines will receive the prize in full. Where a winner does provide a testimonial, or separately consents in writing, the Sponsor may publish that testimonial together with the winner's first name and province or state. The Sponsor will not publish a winner's full name, email address or any other personal information without that person's express written consent.

12. Privacy and communications

Personal information collected through the survey is collected, used and disclosed by the Sponsor solely to administer the Contest, to contact entrants about the Contest, and to improve the Sponsor's product range, in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Entering the Contest does not subscribe an entrant to marketing emails. The Sponsor will send commercial electronic messages only to entrants who have separately and expressly consented to receive them, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Consent to receive marketing email is not a condition of entry and may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.

13. Discount code terms

The GIVEAWAY15 discount code entitles the holder to fifteen percent (15%) off the merchandise subtotal of a single order at pennyandprosper.com. The code is limited to one use per customer, may not be combined with any other discount, offer or promotional code, is not valid on gift cards, does not apply to shipping charges or taxes, has no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn by the Sponsor at any time. The code expires on [DISCOUNT EXPIRY DATE].

14. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any person it believes has tampered with the entry process, has entered by fraudulent or automated means, has violated these rules, or has acted in a disruptive or abusive manner; and to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest, or any monthly drawing, if it cannot be carried out as planned for any reason, including technical failure or circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control. Notice of any material change will be posted on this page.

15. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any liability for any loss, injury, cost or damage arising from participation in the Contest or from acceptance, possession or use of a prize, except where such a release is prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, including technical failures of any kind.

16. Not affiliated with Meta

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Meta. Meta is not a party to this Contest and bears no responsibility for it. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Contest must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Meta.

17. Governing law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict of law principles, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Any dispute relating to the Contest will be determined by the courts of the Province of New Brunswick.

18. Winners list

For the first name and province or state of each monthly winner, send a request to [SUPPORT EMAIL] within sixty (60) days of the end of the Contest Period.
